Our Services
-
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using slow, deliberate strokes and sustained pressure. It’s designed to address chronic muscle tension, adhesions, and restrictions that contribute to pain and limited mobility. By breaking down scar tissue and improving circulation, deep tissue massage supports tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and enhances functional movement.
-
Therapeutic massage focuses on addressing specific musculoskeletal dysfunction through a combination of techniques designed to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, improve tissue healing, and restore optimal function. This treatment is customized to your individual needs, helping to relieve discomfort from injury, chronic conditions, or overuse, and supporting your body’s natural recovery process. -
This specialized treatment targets painful areas of muscle tissue—known as trigger points—that can cause localized discomfort or refer pain to other parts of the body. Through focused pressure and release techniques, trigger point therapy helps reduce muscle tension, encourage blood flow, improve range of motion, and alleviate pain, promoting overall muscle health and function. -
Prenatal massage is a therapeutic treatment specifically adapted to support the physical and emotional needs of individuals during pregnancy. Techniques are modified to ensure safety and comfort at all stages, with a focus on reducing musculoskeletal discomfort, improving circulation, relieving joint and muscle pain, and promoting relaxation. Treatment may address common concerns such as low back pain, hip tension, and swelling, while supporting overall well-being throughout pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy
As a solo massage therapy practice, appointment availability is limited—and each time slot is carefully set aside to provide one-on-one, uninterrupted care. When appointments are missed or cancelled on short notice, it creates gaps in the schedule that are often difficult to fill on short notice.
We understand that plans can change, and emergencies do happen. However, to respect both your time and the therapist’s, the following cancellation policy is in place:
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full appointment fee
A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments
We truly appreciate your cooperation. Providing as much notice as possible not only helps us manage the schedule more effectively, but also allows others the opportunity to receive care.
